Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloads), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been purchased and downloaded.
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned,” which is why this policy is standard across the digital goods industry. Please read the product descriptions carefully and ensure your software is compatible with the file formats (SVG, PNG, EPS, DXF) before making a purchase.
File Issues
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you experience any technical issues with a file (e.g., corrupted file, downloading errors), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@svgempire.com. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
