Purchasing & Downloading
How do I receive my digital files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page immediately. You will also receive an automated receipt via email containing your direct download links. If you chose to create an account during checkout, you can always access your files anytime under the “My Account” > “Downloads” section.
I purchased a file but can't find the download link. What should I do?
First, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you created a store account, simply log in and visit your “Downloads” dashboard. If you still can’t find it, just send us a message via our Contact page, and we’ll make sure you get your files right away!
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure checkout process and accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as popular digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
File Types & Usage
What file formats are included in my purchase?
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, your purchase will download as a ZIP folder containing the design in multiple formats: SVG (for cutting), PNG (high resolution with transparent background for printing/sublimation), EPS (for vector editing), and DXF (for basic cutting software).
Will these files work with my Cricut or Silhouette machine?
Absolutely! The included SVG files are perfectly optimized for Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition or higher). If you are using the free Basic Edition of Silhouette Studio, you can seamlessly use the included DXF files.
Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?
Yes! Every purchase includes a standard commercial license for small businesses. You are welcome to use our designs to create and sell physical end-products (like t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, and signs). However, reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital files themselves, or using them on Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms without modification, is strictly prohibited.
Refunds & Support
What is your return policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded. However, your complete satisfaction is our priority! If you encounter any technical issues with a file, please reach out to us—we are always happy to help troubleshoot or fix the issue.
I'm having trouble opening the ZIP file. Can you help?
Of course! A ZIP file is a compressed folder that makes downloading faster.
On Windows: Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and select “Extract All,” then follow the prompts.
On Mac: Simply double-click the ZIP file, and it will automatically unzip into a new regular folder containing your design files.
On Mobile/Tablet: You may need to use your device’s built-in “Files” app to uncompress the folder, or download a free app like iZip.
